“ The staff were very kind towards my request of no sugar, dairy or caffeine. They worked with me to make a delicious drink, and even went out of their way to let me know if something wouldn't taste good! Excellent service here! I ended up going with the Red Bean smoothie with almond milk and no added sugar(although they let me know there was a little bit of sugar in the red bean). They weren't sure it would taste good but it was so sweet and delicious Thank you (Drank it so fast I forgot to take a pic lol) ”

“ Gong Cha in Langley is a great option for bubble tea. My go-to drink is the mango mango (mango green tea and mango pearls). It's a little pricier than other bubble tea shops with drinks around $7+. I have returned several times to this location after being a regular at the Coquitlam location. Lots of parking at this Langley location and the shop was clean and spacious. Lastly, I really liked the sugar cane straws - they're stronger than a paper strong but not made of plastic. ”

“ It's definitely the happiest thing for me as it is right around the corner! I've been a regular since the day they open and have been served well in every way! I loved their oreo and original bubble waffles, I also love their milk foam series and definitely the winter melon tea! My fiance loves their lemon series (not all bubble tea shop have good lemon flavor drinks). Staff and owner were so polite and well manner that they welcomed us every time we went and were always some pleasant visits for us. Also tried their matcha mango latte, was surprisingly good! The lime sparkling is also a good choice, personal preference is without any toppings! ”

“ Great Service, Clean Store, and Friendly Owners I meant to leave this review sooner, but better late than never. Gong Cha Langley is a clean, well-kept store with genuinely kind and attentive owners who are always behind the counter, greeting guests with a smile. I like to put every bubble tea shop I visit to the test by ordering a “Taro Strawberry Smoothie.” It’s not a typical menu item, so I was curious to see if they could accommodate the request and they did. They asked if using strawberry syrup was okay (a fair compromise), and while some shops won’t even try, they went the extra mile and made it happen. The drink turned out great, flavorful, smooth, and served in a timely manner. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that fresh strawberries weren’t blended in, but honestly, I still left satisfied. Thanks again for the great experience. I’ll definitely be back! ”

I ordered the brown sugar milk tea with pearls, and it was perfectly balanced — creamy, not too sweet, and the pearls had that fresh bouncy chew. Staff were super friendly, the shop was clean and cozy, and service was fast. Bonus: they seal your drink like pros, no spills even on the go. If you’re a milk tea lover looking for your new go-to spot, this is it. Highly recommended! ”

“ Grand opening in Langley the waffles were delicious and it was more than expectation. However, the bubble teas which I ordered panda milk foam and lemon ai-yu WP were not impressed. They did a good job on sugar control but the flavours were not really there. The service was okay…I saw them making mistakes and took longer time but it was understandable for grand opening periods. I will come back again and try other bubble teas and hope they don’t disappoint me. ”
